Exclusive precision finishing process system for pump and valve precision castings
Mar 16, 2026| Based on years of industry processing experience and technical precipitation in the manufacturing of precision castings for valves and pumps, we have built a dedicated finishing process system for valve and pump castings. Tailored to the processing characteristics and working condition requirements of core components of valves and pumps-sealing surfaces, valve seats & cores, valve holes, flange surfaces, shaft sleeves, etc., we provide a full-process solution of "pre-process design - multi-process composite processing - full-dimensional precision inspection - finished product protection", which accurately matches the core application requirements of valve and pump equipment for high pressure, high sealing, corrosion resistance and stable transmission.
From the precise control of blank allowance upon factory entry, to the customized processing path planning according to casting materials (cast iron/cast steel/stainless steel/wear-resistant alloy); from special finishing of core components (precision boring + honing of valve holes, mirror grinding of sealing surfaces, high-precision turning of valve cores), to the closed-loop error control of multi-process connection, every step is based on the standard of micron-level precision. Through the adaptation of flexible tooling fixtures, optimization of low-stress cutting parameters and linkage of digital processing equipment, we effectively avoid the industry pain points such as deformation, substandard surface roughness and out-of-tolerance geometric tolerance in the finishing of valve and pump castings, and achieve high-precision control of casting dimensional tolerance of ±0.005mm and sealing surface roughness below Ra0.2μm.
This dedicated process system not only takes into account the processing requirements of various specifications and special shapes of valve and pump castings, but also ensures the consistency and stability of products.
