- Product Introduction
We make these Zinc Die Casting Components that are pretty high quality. We use advanced technology for the die-casting and have a strict system to check everything. This way customers get components that are complex in structure, exact in size, and light in weight. The Zinc Die Casting Components have some real strengths, like solid mechanical properties and costs that are okay, not the cheapest but upper-middle in the industry. They show up a lot in cars, electronics, home stuff, hardware, and even medical gear. I think they balance being versatile and professional pretty well as metal forming options.
Product advantages
One big plus is the excellent fluidity of zinc alloy. Its pouring flow is one of the best among die-casting materials that people usually use. This material can form thin-walled parts that are complicated without much trouble, and the accuracy is plus or minus 0.02mm. That means less work after for processing, cutting labor and materials in half basically.
Strength is high enough too. Tensile strength stays over 300 MPa all the time, and it handles wear and corrosion fine. For parts that take dynamic loads, its the most suitable material out there. Compared to others like it, its more reliable in different working conditions.

Surface treatment works great with it. Things like electroplating, spraying, passivation, all fit perfectly. It boosts performance and makes the look better, suiting whatever custom needs come up in different spots.
Lightweight is a significant advantage. Density is way lower than copper or steel, so you reduce weight without losing strength. That part stands out.
Production efficiency is high, especially for big orders. As batches get larger, costs drop and the value for money balances out well.

Service Support
- Our service is one-stop for customization. From designing the mold, making it, to delivering the product, no need to juggle multiple people. We do it all, saving on communication hassles.
- Prototypes come fast, in 7 to 15 days. That shortens development, lets customers push projects quicker and grab market chances sooner.
- Quality control never stops. Every batch gets multiple checks, and bad ones do not ship.
- We adapt production flexibly. Small trials, medium batches, or mass runs, all possible. High flexibility means we match the customers pace, for samples or full deliveries.
Technical Parameters
Material Options
On materials, we pick carefully. Zamak 3, 5, 7 work for regular electroplated stuff, best cost and compatibility wise. ZA-8 targets high strength and heat resistance, good for those cases.
Processing capacity
Processing covers a lot. Machines from 80 to 1000 tons, adjustable, max size 500mm. Handles most normal and big parts.
Surface accuracy
Surface accuracy we control. Standard Ra1.6μm, or with polishing to Ra0.8μm for higher needs. Meets high-end product demands fully.
Material Properties Description
The Zamak series is practical, melting at 385℃ with low energy use. It has built-in corrosion resistance for normal settings, no extra treatment needed. Forms complex thin walls really well.
ZA-8 performs even better. Tensile up to 380 MPa, good for plating too. Better heat stability than Zamak, more reliable in harsh spots.
Selection Suggestions
For picking, base it on needs. If electroplating, cost matters, complex structure, go Zamak. Highest cost-effectiveness overall.
For high strength, heat resistance, ZA-8 first. Extends life for parts in high temps and loads long-term.
