It can cast parts with extremely complex shapes and fine details (such as thin walls, deep holes, inner cavities, complex curved surfaces, and embossed characters).The dimensional accuracy is high, usually reaching CT4-CT7 grade
The surface finish is good, usually Ra 3.2μm - 6.3μm. After polishing, it can reach a higher level, significantly reducing the subsequent machining volume, lowering costs and shortening the cycle.
